Do I have to pay you every month? +
No. You pay once for the build, and the first year of hosting is on me. After that, hosting runs about $250/year or $30/month. I offer an optional maintenance retainer if you want ongoing updates, but it is never required.
Can you integrate my booking system? +
Yes. I work with Square Appointments, Mindbody, Vagaro, Acuity, Calendly, Jane, and most others. If you just want a contact form that emails you, that works too.
How long does this take? +
Most sites launch within a week once I have your content and photos. I will give you a clear timeline on our first call. No surprises.
What if I don't like it? +
The build includes up to 3 revisions. If you hate it after 30 days, I will refund the build cost.
I already have a website. Can you fix it? +
We will evaluate what you have and keep what is working. Then I will rebuild in custom code to improve performance and local search rankings.
What's a Lighthouse score? +
It is Google's own grading system for websites. It measures speed, accessibility, SEO, and best practices on a scale of 0-100. I build to 95-100. Google rewards fast sites with higher search rankings, which matters a lot for local service queries.
Do you handle photography or copy? +
I focus on the build. I will guide you on what photos and copy work best, and I can recommend local photographers and copywriters if you need them.
I'm a med spa. Do you handle HIPAA-compliant forms? +
Yes. If you collect any protected health information (consultation intake, medical history, treatment notes), I route forms through a HIPAA-compliant provider with a signed BAA (Jotform Health, HIPAA-ready Calendly alternatives, etc.). For standard contact forms without PHI, regular forms are fine.
Can you build a before-and-after gallery? +
Yes. Before-and-after galleries are one of the highest-converting sections on a med spa or aesthetics site. I build them with fast-loading images, clear consent labels, and filters by treatment type when that helps.
